Titan Boats have a proven record for durability, seaworthiness, stability and performance. Each vessel is custom built to meet or exceed the individual and specific requirements of the client. Titan heavy-duty patrol vessels are in use internationally for search and rescue, law enforcement, fire fighting, pursuit, boarding, emergency towing, first aid, scientific research plus environmental and wildlife observation.
The Titan hull has been specifically engineered for Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIBs) and fixed hull boats. There are hull design packages for ocean, lake or river operation and our unique design provides real-world proven performance and stability. While the basic Titan hull design is standardised, there are many custom features that a customer can have incorporated into the boat. Specific designs and configurations can be manufactured as single boats or produced in quantity.
The Titan manufacturing process incorporates marine-grade aluminium extrusions plus the latest forming and welding techniques to achieve the highest strength and quality. Hull thickness will vary depending on hull size and design application and can accommodate one or two built-in fuel tanks or support portable tanks.
Titan boats range from 4.5 to 12.5 metres (16 to 40 feet) in length, and may be configured with either outboard, inboard, inboard diesel jet or gas (petrol) engines. Titan Boats is certified to the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) CSA Standard W47.2, for aluminium welding. The company Quality Assurance System is based on and equivalent to ISO 9001-2000 and endeavours to meet all the objectives as identified in the Standard.
