Electric & Hybrid Marine World Expo 2016 is being held from 21st to 23rd June at RAI exhibition centre, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The conference, exhibition and industry awards will showcase propulsion technologies and components to an audience of system designers, ship owners, operators, boat builders, engine manufacturers, naval architects and military fleet operators.

Electric & Hybrid Marine 2016 - Conference Programme

Presentations will consider a number of hybrid options and associated technology for the propulsion of ships and small craft. Sessions include:-

• Efficiency gains from electric and hybrid applications
• Lessons to be learned through military applications
• Enabling technologies - energy storage and charging
• Innovative hybrid systems for small craft
• Environmental considerations
• Design development and optimisation
• Making economic sense of electric and hybrid propulsion

In 2015 the global industry event drew around 3000 attendees to view 120+ exhibitors from 19 countries, including some of the world’s leading research and development propulsion pioneers. Over 350 delegates attended the conference sessions.
