Boot Dusseldorf 2015 - Boat Show

boot Dusseldorf - Boat Show 17th to 25th January 2015

Boot Düsseldorf 2015, 17 to 25 January is the international boat show held at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre, Germany.

Approximately 248,600 visitors attended boot Düsseldorf 2014, including some 50,000 visitors from outside Germany. At boot Düsseldorf 2015 over 1,650 exhibitors from 60 countries will present their boats, yachts, watersports equipment and maritime services.

Eleven of the 17 exhibition halls are dedicated to boats and yachts powered by sails, engines or muscle power. A total of 440 shipyards, distributors and importers exhibit a range of 1,700 boats.

More than 650 exhibitors are from abroad, accounting for nearly half the exhibition space. The largest non-German exhibitor nation is the Netherlands, with 135 shipyards, suppliers and service providers, followed by Italy, France, Poland and Great Britain.

Besides individual stands there are country exhibits organised by major ship-building nations such as Finland, France, Great Britain, Poland and the Netherlands.

A new separate exhibition area has been created to provide an overview of energy-efficient engines. This Blue Tech Innovation Centre will feature ways to equip motorboats with electric and hybrid engines or with solar energy.

The Düsseldorf Superyacht Show includes 70 exhibitors demonstrating their capabilities in the completion of exclusive yacht-building projects, presenting current plans and models at their info stands and providing details about sector-relevant services.

‘Experience 360° Watersports’ is Düsseldorf’s response to a future challenge facing the boating and watersports sectors - coping with demographic changes to a younger market. Visitors coming to boot Düsseldorf 2015 will have a chance to try out various watersports and educate themselves in a number of theme and experience worlds.
