The Garmin GPSMAP 7015 Touchscreen Navigator comes standard with a video-quality resolution 15.5” (39.37 cm) XGA display. Settings can be adjusted to match the conditions with a wide range of brightness options from sunlight-readable to low-light. The GPSMAP 7015 provides total system integration, allowing support for the addition of sonar, radar, XM satellite weather and other functions
The GPSMAP 7015 features a worldwide base map with high quality satellite images in place of more traditional maps. For more detail additional maps can be added with the SD card slot without having to connect to a computer. The GPSMAP 7015 high-speed processor and intuitive interface make navigation simpler. The GPSMAP 7015 includes Garmin G Motion™ technology for fast map redraw and refresh rates that provide near real-time data for high speed navigation.
For additional enhanced features the optional BlueChart® g2 Vision® SD card can be added. to the chart plotter. MarinerEye view and FishEye view provide a 3-D perspective of map information, both above and below the waterline. High-resolution satellite images and aerial photographs help orientation in unfamiliar areas. Auto Guidance technology searches through all relevant charts to create a route that avoids obstacles, shallow water, buoys and other obstructions.
The GPSMAP 7015 can connect to an onboard network, providing system integration for interface with additional MFDs and remote sensors. Information can be shared with other chart plotters. The GPSMAP 7015 has support for PC input and a live video feed can be connected with the GPSMAP 7015’s video input / output options. NMEA2000 allows integration with third party electronics and engine monitoring.
