The XSMG range of XSR Interceptors has unique DNA resulting in technical excellence from bow to stern. Designed by a team of skilled engineers, through collaboration with multiple world leading marine design agencies, the XSR Interceptor is a covert, very high-speed craft. The XSR is capable of delivering valued human resources fast and safely over a long range in extreme environments.
The XSR Interceptor can perform a wide range of maritime littoral defence missions. XSMG has defined new operational horizons for government and defence organisations in maritime interdiction and insertion. This includes working with a team of market leading defence systems partners, all driven by a shared philosophy to drive higher levels of mission resolutions. XSMG explore mission requirements with stakeholders to better define precise CONOPS and ensure that technical and systems specifications mirror those mission requirements.
All vessels benefit from a lightweight, fully composite monocoque structure, providing low centre of gravity plus optimised very high speed hull hydrodynamics. The XSR provides protection of human resource in all conditions, with environmentally controlled safety cell cockpit structures, climate control and shock mitigating seating with fully restraining harnesses fitted as standard.
The XSR Interceptor is designed to operate off-shore at patrol level R2 under DNV-HSLC classifications. The unique TRASE (Transverse Roll Attenuation & Stabilisation Equipment) system provides stabilised performance handling and reduced shock loading. All XSR vessels can be fully system integrated including C4i connectivity, encapsulated RWS and EOIS with a telescopic mast for wider range target monitoring.
