Blue Spirit RIBs foam collar craft offers a range of commercial Deep-V vessels from 6.5 to 11 metre (21 to 36 feet) in length. Blue Spirit foam collar craft can be equipped with inboard or outboard engines. Standard engines are Cummins Mercruiser Diesel QSD series and Mercury Verado outboards. All types of propulsion systems including surface drives, propeller, stern drives and water jets can be installed for hybrid, diesel and gasoline engines.
Hulls are made of 10mm hand lay-up glass reinforced polyester according to class regulations. Blue Spirit foam collar craft have a long range capability due to high capacity fuel tanks. Lifting frame with single release hook can be installed at gravity point for quick and safe launching. All boats can be equipped with suspension seats and self righting systems.
PU closed cell foam collars are a heavy duty option for demanding users. The foam collars can be designed with friction step over frame at the bow. The optional air collars are manufactured from heavy duty Orca Hypalon Neoprene 1600 dtex. All boats are built with detachable Hypalon air collars with overpressure valves or foam tubes for easy transport in sea containers and to limit downtime for repairs.
Blue Spirit foam collar craft can be CE-B certified and built to MCA Code. Blue Spirit manufacture SOLAS approved rescue RIBs of 6 or 7.5 metre that can be supplied with twin outboard or single water jet inboard diesel installations. The range includes wind farm maintenance vessels, open or with a cabin. High speed patrol or interception RIBs are available for navy, coastguard, law enforcement, superyacht tenders and other commercial tasks. Power options include twin inboard diesel or triple outboard installations for high speed performance.
