Fibrelight Rod Stretcher is lightweight and swift to deploy straight from the carrying bag. The Rod Stretcher offers a rigid support for the casualty that can be easily carried between a team. The stretcher is fully adjustable to accommodate a wide range of sizes and will securely contain a casualty for a vertical or horizontal lift. Length is 1.65m (5ft 5”), diameter is 175mm (7”) and weight 6kg (13lb).
Fibrelight Two Section Stretcher offers the same rigid platform as the Rod Stretcher. It can be folded in two for stowage in a small space or for carrying attached to a rucksack. The snap together construction enables it to be assembled in less than 10 seconds. The Two Section Stretcher is fully adjustable to accommodate a wide range of casualty sizes. Folded length is 900mm (36”), folded diameter is 175mm (7”) and weight is 5.5kg (12lb).
Fibrelight Four Section Stretcher offers the same rigid platform as the Rod Stretcher and Two Section Stretcher options. When folded and compacted down it can fit inside a rucksack or holdall. The snap together construction enables it to be assembled in less than 20 seconds. The Four Section Stretcher is fully adjustable to accommodate a wide range of casualty sizes. Assembled length is 1.80m (6ft). Folded length is 500mm (20”), folded diameter is 200mm (8”) and weight is 5.5kg (12lb).
The materials are wipe and spray clean plus rot and mildew resistant. These products are patent protected. The construction is SOLAS approved from Lloyds Register for thermal ageing, weathering, uv exposure, oil resistance and practical performance.
