The Zodiac Hurricane range of RIBS are mission specific rugged and reliable. Zodiac has developed turnkey models based on historical contract definitions specified over the last 20 years. Turnkey RIBs are fully defined, faster to order and deliver. They can be specified with aluminium or fibreglass hulls, inboard or outboard engine, propeller or jet drives. All are available with removable air collars for rapid and easy maintenance, accepting either standard air or Durarib foam collars.

Models larger then the 560 have under-deck fuel tanks and models larger than the 630 can be equipped with dive doors. Commando turnkey RIBs are designed for use by two man or larger crews with hull design and seating arrangements to mitigate shock, maximise seaworthiness and minimise radar signature for operating in hostile areas.

Search and Rescue (S&R) turnkeys are designed to work independently, with jockey seats and self-righting capabilities. Law enforcement turnkey RIBs are designed for one, two or small crew with stand-up centre consoles and T-tops. Cabin turnkey RIBs are designed to carry 2 to 6 crew in comfort, are safe in heavy weather with the option of a fully enclosed and heated cabin.

Custom Hurricane RIBs are developed to meet specific military needs. With sizes ranging from 6 metre to 14 metre (20 to 45 feet) Zodiac can customise boats to perfectly fit a mission profile. Options include cabins, T-tops, open deck space, consoles, storage, seats, bolsters, cabins, diver doors, auto-inflation, radar frames, plus every electronic suite on the market. Zodiac Hurricane RIBs are always tailored to the needs of the end-user.
